Social media chef Jade Greenhalgh wins Ramsay's Next Level Chef
Jade Greenhalgh has been named the winner of Gordon Ramsay's cooking competition Next Level Chef on ITV. She beat out fellow chefs Callum Deboys and Ronan Lee in the finale, where they competed in various challenges under the mentorship of Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, and Paul Ainsworth.
Ramsay praised Jade for being humble, focused, and earnest, and noted her down-to-earth approach to cooking.
The show is set across three kitchens on different levels to challenge chefs' creativity, agility, and expertise. Jade will receive a cash prize of £100,000 and a one-year mentorship under all three judges. She described the experience as life-changing and challenging, with long hours and a need to give her all in every dish.
Fellow mentor Ainsworth praised Jade's win and noted her trajectory from social media to winning the competition.
